The Dorset Motorcycle Club welcomes all kinds of riders on all kinds of bikes both old and new (that’s the bikes AND the riders!) and even a trike.

We meet at the Sandford Labour Club, Keysworth Drive, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 7BD, on the first and third Thursday of each month, with Rideouts on certain Sundays and on Wednesday evenings in summer – these are organised at the Thursday meetings and may be published on this page (and on a Facebook page when FB has finished changing stuff!) as will other events.

The Clubs main event of the year is the very popular Mistletoe Run held every year on the Sunday before Christmas in aid of the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance – this year’s run was on Sun 18 December 2011.  We raised £1206 this year with about 140 bikes and trikes at a rough count.  For pictures of the 2011 run, look HERE

Anyone who collected raffle prizes for the Mistletoe Run, please let me know who gave it and what the prize was, I want to publish a list of firms that help us.  Same if it’s a private person – but check they don’t object to having their name published.
